Pictureka the fun family game

We love the catch cry: Find it fast, find it first! This makes Pictureka lots of fun as you try and find the image inside the game - it's like the picture's are playing hide and seek with you, and you are it. Players compete to collect the most mission cards to win the game. Great for the whole family, and kids as young as six can play with older kids and parents. No batteries required.

With 9 tiles of pictures (with pictures on both sides) this game is constantly changing, especially when you have to flip, rotate or switch tiles to keep everyone guessing! The objective is to collect all 6 cards to become the Pictureka champion.

You need to have good visual skills to find the objects hidden in the pictures. The pictures may be hard to find at times but it is really fun when it comes to finding the items (especially on the blue cards!). When you have found the exact picture, yell out Pictureka! to win the round. It is a constant race against the timer and your teammates to find the pictures which makes the game exhilarating and fun.

At any point in the game at someone's turn the gameboard can be changed – any of the 9 gameboard tiles can be flipped, rotated or switched as instructed on the special mission cards.  You'll win the card if you are the first person to find the object.

How to play Pictureka

You have to find the pictures on the board game. The pictures may be hard to find at times but it is really fun when it comes to finding the items (especially on the blue cards!). When you have found the exact picture, yell out Pictureka! to win the round. It is a constant race against the timer and your teammates to find the pictures which makes the game exhilarating and fun.

The object of the game is to collect the most mission cards and then you will win!

Put all 9 of the game board tiles down onto the table in a square 3 x 3 grid pattern. Each player (or team of players) then take turns. When it is your turn you must roll the dice and take a mission card. Each card will tell you the object that you must find either fast within a time limit or first against other players.

There are three different decks of card that you choose from. You either have to find a specific item or something that fit's into categories like “things that can fly”. What makes it even more challenging is that the game board can be changed at any moment with special cards that tell you to flip or rotate the board pieces. 

You will win the card if you complete the objective and find it fast or first. The winner is the person with the most cards at the end.

It's very challenging especially if the gameboard changes – certain mission cards ask the player to either flip or rotate the gameboard pieces so that it's never the same game (and if you memorisied the positions of certain objects they'll be constantly changing). 

Once you have enough cards you then become the Pictureka game champ!
